Some Finnish blogging resources

Here are some Finnish weblogging resources, all worth taking a look at:

• Pinseri: Suomen Blogilista - now with 700 weblogs and diaries. They are sorted alphabetically and by last update. Pinseri also has a list of Finnish blogs in English.

  There's also a list of the Top Finnish weblogs, but we're not quite sure how it works.

• Kultainen Kuukkeli 2003 - a contest selecting the best Finnish weblogs in different categories.
• Blogit.fi - a portal to information about Finnish weblogs.
• Blogien hautuumaa - abondoned weblogs.

Good article on how RSS can relieve information overload

Through Library Stuff I found a new article on RSS and web syndication - "Can RSS Relieve Information Overload?" in the latest issue of EContent.

Although RSS is only just beginning to make headway into the mainstream enterprise computing environment, it has great potential to help knowledge workers gather information more efficiently. What makes the news aggregator so useful is that it collects information effortlessly from the sites you previously needed to visit.
